Refund Policy

1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Summitpath Learning’s website or official invoicing channels for educational programs, mentoring, coaching, consulting, workshops, and digital materials. If you purchased through a third-party platform, refunds are governed by the third party’s refund rules and processes.

2) Definitions

“Digital Materials” refers to downloadable or accessible content such as templates, worksheets, recorded lessons, and resource packs. “Session” refers to a scheduled live meeting, mentoring, coaching, or consulting appointment. “Program” refers to a multi-session package or structured learning experience delivered over time. “Delivered” means access has been granted or a session has taken place, or program resources have been made available.

3) Digital Materials

Because Digital Materials are delivered immediately upon access and may be copied or consumed quickly, purchases of Digital Materials are generally non-refundable once access is provided. If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents access and we cannot reasonably resolve it, we may issue a refund or provide an alternative access method at our discretion.

If a digital product is materially different from its description, you should contact us promptly with a detailed explanation. We may request information to assess the claim and may offer a refund or replacement where appropriate.

4) Single Sessions (Mentoring / Coaching / Consulting)

For single Sessions, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on notice and scheduling constraints. If you need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible. We generally try to accommodate rescheduling where feasible.

• If you cancel with sufficient notice before the session time, we may offer a reschedule or, where appropriate, a refund.
• If you cancel close to the session time or do not attend, the session may be considered used due to reserved time and staffing.

We may make reasonable exceptions in cases of documented emergencies or circumstances beyond your control, but we cannot guarantee exceptions in every case.

5) Programs and Packages

For Programs, refund eligibility depends on whether the Program has started, how much of the Program has been delivered, and whether resources or sessions have been used. If you request a refund after the Program begins, we may calculate a prorated amount based on services already delivered (such as completed sessions, accessed resources, or delivered modules).

In many cases, Programs include planning work, scheduling, reserved capacity, and curated materials. These components may reduce refundable amounts once the Program begins. If a Program includes both live sessions and Digital Materials, access to Digital Materials may be treated as delivered upon access.

6) Administrative Fees and Non-Refundable Components

Certain costs may be non-refundable once work has begun, including intake reviews, customized planning, reserved session slots, and any third-party processing fees where allowed by law. We will communicate such components where relevant at checkout, in program descriptions, or in written confirmations.

7) Changes, Rescheduling, and Pauses

If you need to reschedule sessions or pause a Program, we encourage you to contact us promptly. We may offer alternatives such as moving a session, adjusting pacing, or extending access windows where feasible. Any adjustments are subject to staffing availability and program rules.

8) Summitpath Learning Cancellations

If we need to cancel a Session or delay a Program due to instructor availability, illness, emergencies, or technical issues, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as a refund for the undelivered portion or a credit.

9) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss a cancellation, contact us with your name, the purchase details (date, product/program name), and a clear description of the issue. We may request additional information to verify the purchase and evaluate the request. We typically respond within a reasonable time in business days.

10) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback may delay resolution and may result in suspension of access while the dispute is investigated. We may provide documentation to payment processors demonstrating delivery of services or access.

11) Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where local law provides a mandatory cancellation period or refund rights, we will comply with those requirements.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our offerings or operational needs. The Effective Date above indicates when the latest version applies.
